For me two of my major goals were to.....don't judge me on my first one:
1) Floss. (3x per week)...
I know, I know. But I'm the world's worst flosser. But at least I recognize the weakness and am working on it!
2) Work out. Who doesn't have that on their list lol!
I've been pretty good so far but I'm already feeling the laziness creeping in so I created some easy printables to help my motivation. Here are two blank 4x6 note cards that you can print, write your goal, and stick it anywhere you see it: bathroom mirror, refrigerator, in your car, etc!
I made two different cutesy style because I can't help but embellish everything!
